- The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) at the Idaho State Office intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) to acquire one 6 foot x 6 foot x 8 foot walk-in shelters. The Government believes that the only responsible source capable of satisfying the agency requirement is Pioneer Energy Products, LLC, 671 Colbert Ave, Oil City, PA 16301 who owns the patent rights to parts of this type of shelters.
