- The Veterans Integrated Service Network #04 (VISN04) Logistics Office (529/ Bldg #1/Rm. 333W), located at 325 New Castle Road, Butler, PA 16001-2480 is soliciting a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, for a Request For Quote(RFQ), (Brand Name or equal to) for Two Dexter 80 lb. T-1200 V Series Washers, 2 Dexter 80 lb Single Dryer with natural gas, 2 factory steel bases for T-1200 V Series Washers, and installation of all equipment (VA-244-10-RQ-0339). The contractor shall provide all tools, travel, trades, labor, materials, permits, licenses and supervision to install equipment purchased. NAICS code for this project is 423850. Size Standard is 100 employees with a Firm Fixed Price contract being anticipated. The combined synopsis solicitation will be issued on 19 July 2010, with a Quote response required no later than 06 August 2010, 4:30 PM EST. Offers will be accepted from only responsible and responsive contractors currently engaged in the type of work being required by this solicitation. Eligible parties should present any questions or concerns regarding this solicitation in writing for formal response. No questions about the project will be accepted after 06 August 2010. Project duration is 30 calendar days from Award. IMPORTANT - NOTICE TO QUOTERS 1.
