- The FAA is conducting this Market Survey to determine if there are any qualified 8(a) or Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses qualified to develop hazardous energy control procedures (Lockout/Tagout). See Attachment 1 for a brief SOW. To be qualified, you must have at least 3 years relevant experience in this field. Also, you must have done at least 1 job in each of the last 3 years that is of similar size and complexity as this one. Email interest and business size.
