Description
Synopsis: PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this request. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This procurement is being conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation parts 12 and 13. The USDA, Agricultural Research Services, US Horticultural Research Laboratory is issuing this acquisition as a Request for Quote (RFQ) under solicitation number RFQ-022-4232-10. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 334516 - Analytic Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. Only brand name items will be accepted due to the necessity for the needs of the ARS, USHRL.
