- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is for the rental of (3) 30 ton capacity Rough Terrain Hydraulic Crane and should include delivery and pickup to Emmet Sanders Lock & Dam 4. The Cranes shall be a Grove Rough Terrain 530 or equal, meeting all required OSHA regulations, and applicable ASME standards. The cranes should be delivered August 23, 2010 and picked up on September 22, 2010. The cranes should also meet all safety requirements for manbasket operations.
