- Attachment 4_HSCG23-10-R-MGY009_Sole Source J&A Attachment 3_HSCG23-10-R-MGY009_Past Performance Questionnaire Attachment 2_HSCG23-10-R-MGY009_Terms and Conditions Attachment 1_HSCG23-10-R-MGY009_Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number HSCG23-10-R-MGY009 is being issued as a request for proposal; however, the U.S. Coast Guard intends to issue a Sole Source task order to the National Defense Industrial Association for the acquisition of Third Party Event Planning Services. The Period of Performance of the resulting contract will be from date of award through 30 September 2010. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-44. Any award resulting from this RFP will be issued on Standard Form 1449 and will contain all clauses required by law, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and the Homeland Security Acquisition Regulation (HSAR) as appropriate for the dollar value of the award. Proposals shall be submitted on 8.5 x 11 paper with a font size not smaller than 10 pts. Proposals shall be in PDF and not larger than 30 pages (all inclusive). Offers must be received no later than 2:00pm (EST), 26 July 2010. Offers shall be sent to Chantel Adams at chantel.a.adams@uscg.mil and Tracy Marcinowski at tracy.marcinowski@uscg.mil Any concerns regarding any aspect of this RFP shall be forwarded to Chantel Adams, Contract Specialist, via e-mail at chantel.a.adams@uscg.mil.All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted NLT 12:00pm (EST), 23 July 2010.
