- THIS IS ONLY THE PRESOLICITATION NOTICE. NO ACTION IS REQUESTED NOR REQUIRED. THE COMPLETE SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED ON OR AFTER 4 AUGUST 2010, SUBJECT TO CHANGE. The solicitation will be issued in electronic format ONLY and will be posted on the FedBizOpps website when available. This procurement will be issued as a SBA Certified Small Business Set-aside under NAICS code 333924 with a small business standard size of 750 Employees. This solicitation will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside per FAR 19.502-2(b)(1). The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) utilizing FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. General Description: The National Park Service (NPS) has identified a requirement for 1,400 Gallon Vacuum Tank Pull Trailer.
