- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD), Panama City, Florida is soliciting competitive quotations from qualified small businesses to purchase The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD), Panama City, Florida is soliciting competitive quotations from qualified small businesses to purchase two (2) Stern Plane Assemblies built in accordance with drawing number 6893323-1. Drawings are available electronically and must be requested from the buyer by e-mail. Distribution of the drawings will be authorized to Department of Defense (DOD) and DOD contractors only. The Department of Defense will no longer award contracts to contractors not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Registration may be accomplished by accessing the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov/. A paper registration form may be obtained from the Department of Defense Electronic Commerce Information Center at 1-888-227-2423.
