- Description: SHAFT, PUMP Goodrich Corporation (CAGE 99551) P/N 2487424 Critical Application Item DLAD Clause 52.246-9004, Product Verification Testing Is Hereby Incorporated, And May Be Invoked At The Discretion Of The Procurement Activity. This is considered a commercial item and the solicitation will be in accordance with FAR Part 12. This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract. Required quantity is 144 each. FOB Origin with inspection and acceptance at Origin. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, on the basis of other than full and open competition procedures. The NSN is 4320-00-983-8144, PR 0026019555. Delivery requirement is 280 days. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are NOT available at DSCR. This solicitation is subject to the Buy American Act--Free Trade Agreements--Balance of Payments Program. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. ORCA ELECTRONIC ANNUAL FAR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS SHALL BE COMPLETED AT http://orca.bpn.gov. FAR Provision 52.204-8 is included in the solicitation.
