- Description
- This is a pre-solicitation notification for the 47th Medical Group, Laughlin AFB, Texas, for Laundry service contract. An electronic solicitation for this requirement is anticipated to be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov on or about 27 July 2010. This acquisition will be set aside 100% for Small Business. This procurement will follow simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.1. The North American Standard Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for this acquisition is 812320 with an associated small business size standard of $4.5M. This requirement is for performing laundry services including (1) pickup, (2) laundering, (3) packaging, and (4) delivery on a weekly basis for approximately 5,000 pieces per year, these amounts are estimates and will fluctuate weekly. All responsible and potential small business offerors may submit proposals in response to the anticipated solicitation, and all submissions will be considered. All offerors must be registered at the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website at www.ccr.gov, the On-Line Representations and Certifications (ORCA) website at www.bpn.gov, and have a tax identification number and a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number.
