- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is requesting quotes for five (5) tower trailer units for the Transportable Interference Detection, Location and Mitigation (TIMDS) program. Specific requirements are available in the Schedule attached. This is a set-aside competition among small businesses. The NAICS code for this requirement is 332312, Transmission Tower Sections, Fabricated Structural Metal, and Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 500 employees. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS In order to be considered responsive, organizations expressing interest in this matter must provide the following: a. Price quotes b. Technical proposal c.
