- NSN 1620-00-794-2624, PR number 26798070, SKID TUBE ASSEMBLY used on the UH-1 HELICOPTER. The solicitation issue date is August 06, 2010 with a closing date of September 08, 2010. Solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price Definite Quantity contract for 150 each to be shipped to New Cumberland, PA and Tracy, CA. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C)(1). Approved sources are SKYLINE INDUSTRIES, INC, CAGE 24434, P/N 205-050-152-60, TRIUMPH FABRICATIONS-HOT SPRINGS, CAGE 3H339, P/N 205-050-152-60, and BELL HELICOPTER TEXTRON INC., CAGE 97499, P/N 205-050-152-60. Terms and Conditions are FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin with delivery being 586 days After Receipt of Order. This item has a Government First Article, Government Fit Verification, and Export Control requirements. Higher level inspection requirements also apply. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters.
