- Description
- Indefinite Deliver Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for timely analysis and reporting of results from laboratory services for environmental projects. Contractor will provide labor, personnel, supplies and equipment necessary to conduct laboratory quality assurance through sample analysis. Services will be for projects and sites nationwide, at the contract laboratory. The focus of this contract is to support the Districts mission for environmental Hazardous, Toxic and Radiological Wastes (HTRW). The contractor shall generate data using rigorous analytical methods (such as EPA referenced methods) so that Definitive Data, as referred to in Data Quality Objectives Process for Superfund, EPA 540-R-93-071, will be obtained for every order. Electronic data compatible with the Automated Data Review (ADR) software, produced by Laboratory Data Consultants (LDC), Inc., is preferred. The area to be served under this agreement encompasses the Great Lakes & Ohio River Division and any environmental projects (nationwide) that are supported by the Districts efforts. Contract performance may be a total of five years, which is comprised of a three-year base and a two-year option.
