- Project No. 568-10-127, Replace Roof and Decks. This project includes removing and replacing shingles, underlayment, and flashings on various buildings at the VA Medical Center, Ft. Meade, South Dakota. The work further includes removal and replacing of existing wood decking, repair of soffits, fascias, gutter repair and miscellaneous painting on various buildings located on the VA Medical Center, Ft. Meade, South Dakota. Award of this project will be in accordance with Public Law (PL) 109-461, the Veterans Benefits, Health Care, and Information Technology Act of 2006. It is set-aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). All SDVOSB's must register in the VetBiz.gov Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database, available at www.VetBiz.gov to be eligble for award. This project is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act. The magnitude of the project is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS: 236220, Sz Std: $33.5 million, P&S: Z149.
