- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-25. This is an unrestricted solicitation. Contractors must be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award. Register at www.ccr.gov. Applicable NAICS code is 334111. See below for description of services requested. Award will be made to the lowest offeror whose services meets the Governments minimum needs.
