- Past Performance Questionaire Statement of Work SOI Combined Synopsis / Solicitation RECOVERY – USDA, Forest Service, Tahoe National Forest, Yuba River Distrist Office, Seymore Quartz Mine Closure, truck and Excavator Rental (30 days). The project area is defined as located on the Tahoe National Forest, Yuba River Ranger District and consists of three different locations within Sierra and Nevada Counties. The Seymore Quartz site is located in Sierra County approximately 4.5 miles south of Alleghany, on Lafayette Ridge. The Arcade site is located in Sierra County south of Alleghany, 1 mile east of the Seymore Quartz site on Lafayette Ridge. The Gaston site is located in Nevada County about 6 miles north of the town of Washington. Funds from the 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) are being used for this project. Recipients of ARRA are required to register and file quarterly reports with www.recovery.gov throughout the duration of the contract performance period.
