- The NAICS Code is 332995. This synopsis is for informational purposes only. Under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-07-G-5438, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD), Port Hueneme, California, intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price Order on a sole source basis to BAE Systems Land & Armaments, L.P., Armaments Systems Division, Louisville, Kentucky 40214-2683. The contractor shall provide material and services required to manufacture, test, package and ship various Decoy Launching Assemblies and components as described in the Technical Instruction. Period of Performance: Twelve (12) months ARO (after receipt of order). BAE Systems Land & Armaments, L.P., ASD, is the only known qualified company with the requisite technical qualifications and facilities to perform the work in the required timeframe.
