Description

See Note #22 The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. NAVEODTECHDIV has a sole source requirement for an IT package consisting of all 38 items required to fulfill the communications requirements for use by the Combined Exploitation Cells (CEXC). This IT package is currently in use in existing CEXC locations. The proposed contract will only be negotiated with Red River Computer Co Inc 21 Water St Suite 500 Claremont, NH 03743, is the only known source that can deliver all items in the IT package required for CEXC in time to meet the Afghanistan Surge deadline.
