- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is pleased to announce the award of a lease for a VA-staffed Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Ramsey, MN. PSD LLC, a Ramsey, MN-based company, has been awarded the lease, which has a total value of $9.95 million over its lease term. The lease is for 20,000 square feet of clinic space in a free-standing building located at the northeast corner of Sapphire Street NW and Civic Center Drive, in the 7400 block of Civic Center Drive, Ramsey, MN 55303. The lease term is for a base term of five years, with options to extend up to a maximum of twenty years. Design and construction of clinic space will be complete in approximately twelve months. The clinic is expected to be operational by late Summer/early Fall 2011.
