Description

Facts and Reasons to Justify Limiting Competition for Acquisitions Between $2,500 and $100,000.00 THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract under statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will satisfy Agency Requirements. Navajo Area Indian Health Service intends to make an award to DATARAY TECHNOLOGIES, 1141 SE GRAND BLVD, SUITE 105, OKLAHOMA CITY, OK, 73129. Interested parties may email Priscilla.duncan@ihs.gov not later than July 26, 2010, 1:00pm MST. This notice of intend is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all capability statements, proposals or quotations must be received within 5 business days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
