- Description
- The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), Pesticide Fate Research Group, has a requirement for a new or refurbished Triple-quadrupole mass spectrometer, including warranty, labor for delivery and installation. The Government intends to award this requirement in accordance with the procedures of FAR Part 12, entitled, "Acquisition of Commercial Items." The Request for Quote (RFQ), number 10WRQQ0259, will be made available through the Government-wide Point of Entry (GPE) on or about 22 July 2010, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 5.102(a)(1). All firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at www.ccr.gov, as well as, the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov/ to be considered for award. Responses must be in writing, by e-mail to the Contract Specialist at glewandor@usgs.gov. This notice and any resulting solicitation or contract conforms to the requirements in place through FAC 2005-42, Effective 16 July 2010. NAICS - 811219, Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. Small business size standard $7.0 million.
