- Award Notification Outlease SFO No.: VA-262-10-SFO-0323 Contract Award: July 15, 2010 Contract Award No.: VA-262-O-0919 Contract Award Amount: No Charge Contractor/Award Synopsis: The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 22 Network Contracting Activity (NCA) awarded Outlease VA-262-O-0919 to California K-9 Services for the use of approximately 12,000 square feet in the North East corner of the former golf course ("Premises") located at 5901 East 7th Street, Long Beach, California 90822. The VA will only provide the Premises and up to 12 parking spaces. No utilities or services will be provided by VA other than the use of the Premises. The Premises will be utilized by California K-9 Services Tuesday from 6:00 PM thru 11:00 PM and Sunday from 9:00 AM thru 4:00 PM.
