- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT 2009. This opportunity is available only to contractors under the GSA MOBIS Schedule, under Special Item Number (SIN) 874-1, Consulting Services. This project is to provide support for high-level administrative and operational/organizational knowledge, skills and ability in support of the National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS), Division of Health Interview Statistics' National Survey of Children with Special Health Care Needs Follow-up Interviews. The contractor shall be required to conduct all activities necessary to conduct, complete, and document the results of follow-up interviews of parents of children with special health care needs (CSHCN) who have or have had in the past specific mental health conditions or developmental delays. Interviewing shall be completed by summer 2011, with final reports and data files to be produced no later than September 29, 2011. This is not a request for competitive proposals, nor is a solicitation available. The solicitation will be issued to selected contractors in accordance with FAR 8.405 - Ordering procedures for Federal Supply Schedules. Period of Performance: Twelve (12) months from date of award. Date of award is on or about Sep 30, 2010.
