- This solicitation is being issued as a small business set-aside for repair and maintenance of miscellaneous food processing equipment for use by Defense Commissary Agency commissaries located at the CE Kelly Commissary in Oakdale, PA. The RFP will be posted on the FedBizOpps at www.fedbizopps.gov. Offerors may obtain a copy of the solicitation at this site. The NAICS code is 811412 for this requirement. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by the above agency. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of any contract resulting from this solicitation.
