- The proposed contract action is a total small business set-aside. Offers from other than small business concerns will not be considered. The NAICS code applicable to this acquisition is 517410. The small business size standard is $15 million. The 482nd MSG Operational Contracting Office at Homestead Air Reserve Base is issuing a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 12.6 for satellite television services. The contractor to provide all labor, tools, transportation, material, equipment, and supervision necessary to activate, input, and maintain program signal to Government-owned facilities and equipment in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, instructions and commercial practices as described in the Statement of Work (SOW). DFARS 252.204-7004, required Central Contractor Registration will be incorporated by reference in this acquisition. The offeror shall provide its DUNS or if applicable, DUNS + 4 number with its offer, which will be used by the Contracting Officer to verify that an offeror is registered in the CCR database. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Contractors are recommended to initiate CCR registration and/or complete annual confirmation requirements via the Internet at: http//www.ccr.gov/ or by calling 1-888-227-2423. Additionally, the successful offeror will be required to submit invoices using Wide Area Work Flow-Receipt and Acceptance (WAWF-RA). Information regarding WAWF-RA is available on the Internet at https://wawf.eb.mil. PLEASE SUBMIT QUESTIONS AND BIDS VIA EMAIL. Site Visit is scheduled for July 12, 2010 at 0900 at Homestead Air Reserve Base ALL BIDS ARE DUE NLT CLOSE OF BUSINESS (JULY 27, 2010). PLEASE NOTE: #6 AND # 8 ARE INCORRECT ON THE SOLICITATION. #6 SOLICITATION DATE SHOULD BE 1 SEPT. 2010 AND #8 OFFER DUE DATE IS 27 JULY 2010.
