- Request for Proposal - HE1260-10-R-5004 Internet Access Services for Japan. The Department of Defense Education Activity - Pacific's (DoDEA-P) Information Technology (IT) Division has the responsibility of providing all IT management and services to support the DoDEA Pacific mission. A key component of these services is reliable Internet access for all DoDEA-P facilities. Therefore, the purpose of this requirement is to provide DoDEA-P facilities located in mainland Japan internet access services. The Period of Performance will include one base period and 4 optional periods. The anticipated period of performance is: Base Year - 01 October 2010 - 30 September 2011. All questions are due by 27 July 2010 at 0900 local Japanese Standard time. Proposals are due by 13 August 2010.
