- NAVICP awarded a sole source contract to University of Southern California located in Los Angeles CA. T The foundation for all Navy senior leadership education programs is the long-term goal of aligning senior military officer and DON civilians' professional development with the stated requirements of their current and future assignments. The NEDP focuses on courses that are relevant, current and consistent; improvement in critical thinking, knowledge, skills and abilities is essential for optimum functioning at their executive level of responsibility. USC's Annenberg School of Communications has partnered with NPS since 2007 in delivering a three-day work-shop for Admirals/Captains/Commanders and senior civilians. The scope of the workshop is development of a culture that recognizes the value of communication and effectively integrates strategic communication into policy development, operational planning, execution, and assessment to advance national interests. Period of Performance for this requirement will be date of award through 9/30/2010. This notice does not constitute a request for quote.
