- Site Visit In accordance with FAR clause 52.237-1--Site Visit, a site visit will be conducted on 21 July 2010 beginning at 10:00AM. Contractors are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. No more than [2] individuals per company may attend the site visit. Prospective Quoters interested in attending must contact Mr George Span 9721-5246, (COR) via email at george.span@kuwait.swa.army.mil with courtesy copy to eric.p.williams@kuwait.swa.army.mil, at least 72 hours prior to the date and time of site visit, to arrange for installation access if necessary. Although, the site visit is not mandatory, attendance is highly encouraged. This is the only site visit, and no other site visit will be conducted.
