- The intent of this project is the refinish millwork in the stairwell at the Federal Building and U. S. Courthouse, 526 Water St, Port Huron, MI. The work includes stripping and refinishing of the following items: 12" Base, door panels and assemblies with trim and transom, double door assembly with trim, handrail, stair stringer with trim, stairway base, and window frames with trim. Other than full and open competition pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(5). This procurement was a sole source award under the 8(a) Program 15 U.S.C. 637(a).
