- Providing GSM-P&S SOO requirements for Info purposes only. Task orders will be issued against GSA's Alliant Small Business GWAC This notice is issued for information purposes only to provide the scope of the Defense Information System's Agency's (DISA's) requirements for the Global Information Grid (GIG) Services Management-Projects and Support (GSM-P&S). DISA intends to issue task orders with specific GSM-P&S requirements using the existing General Services Administration (GSA) Alliant-Small Business Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). Please Note : The solicitation for the Alliant-Small Business GWAC closed on December 6, 2006 and no additional offerors can be considered at this time. The scope of the GSM Acquisition of Services includes GSM P&S requirements, along with the GSM-Operations (HC1028-10-R-2000) and GSM-Engineering, Transition and Implementation (HC1028-10-R-2001). The strategy to utilize the Alliant-Small Business GWAC has been approved by OUSD/DPAP. The release of DISA's GSM-P&S task orders using the Alliant-Small Business GWAC has not been determined at this time and may not occur until January 2011. A separate notice will be issued when the schedule has been made available.
