- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): Konnowac LLC, W9127N-10-R-0050 Bonneville Outfall Removal Portland District Corps of Engineers intends to issue using RECOVERY ACT FUNDING under solicitation number W9127N-10-R-0050 to Konnowac LLC, for the underwater demolition of Fingerling outfall conduit and the Emergency Relief Conduit which is part of the Juvenile Bypass System to enhance passage through the Ice and Trash Sluiceway located on the Columbia River at Bonneville Dam, Cascade Locks, OR. If a contract is awarded it will be to Konnowac LLC sole source 8(a) firm. The Magnitude of Construction is between $250,000.00 to $500,000.00.
