General Information • Document Type: Solicitation Notice • Solicitation Number: FA7012-10-R-0020 • Posted Date: July 16, 2010 Contracting Office Address Department of the Air Force, Air Force District of Washington Command (AFDW), 20 MacDill Blvd, Suite 400, Bolling AFB, DC, 20032 The 11th Contracting Squadron, Bolling AFB, Washington DC is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to Repair HVAC and Infrastructure Repair for Mathies Manor, Bldg 3621, Bolling AFB, Washington DC. The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, and material and perform all operations necessary required to repair HVAC and Infrastructure at Mathies Manor, building 3621 at Bolling AFB, Washington DC. The contractor shall accomplish interior repair work, exterior repair work, with an option to design/build rooms into office functioning spaces in accordance with project specifications and drawings. The solicitation is issued as an 8(a) set-aside. The government intends to evaluate award on Price Performance Trade-Off (PPT) and award a Firm-fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 and the small business size standard is $33.5 million.
