- This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC, Robins AFB, GA anticipates issuing a solicitation to obtain Business Analyst Sustainment Support for the 561st Combat Support Sustainment Squadron (CBSS). The 561st CBSS requires three (3) Business Analysts to support this effort. Each analyst shall be equivalent to GS 346-12 (Logistics Management Specialist) and/or GS 1101-12 (Acquisition Program Manager) and have an AFMC background in program, logistics, and financial management support. This acquisition will utilize FAR 15 Procedures and the Performance Price Tradeoff (PPT) acquisition methodology. The resultant contract will consist of a one year basic period and two annual options. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to utilize a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. Potential offerors are advised that foreign participation is not permitted at the prime contractor level. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified below for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition.
