- TACOM Contracting Center, Warren, intends to solicit for Emergency Ramp Release (ERR) Modification Kits. This sources sought notice, and all information herein is for informational planning purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal or Invitation for Bid, nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The intended solicitation will be set-aside for small business concerns. This notice is to gather information regarding what business types is interested in manufacturing these referenced ERR kits.
