- Sources Sought Synopsis 16 Jul 2010 Based upon Market Research analysis, the Air Force has determined that the ASC/XRA Simulation and Analysis Facility (SIMAF) services support requirement qualifies for a small business set aside. We anticipate a multiple award acquisition to teams capable of performing the entire Facility and Infrastructure (F&I) operation and Maintenance (O&M) Services and the Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A) services support for SIMAF customers. The support requirements are identified in the ASC/XRA requirements document dated 21 Aug 2009 in FedBizOps. No response from industry is required at this time. A draft request for proposal for the ASC/XRA SIMAF services support is anticipated to be released later this summer or early fall.
