- Description
- Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with those specifications, schedules and drawings forming parts thereof, for the repair of an office area. Work is to include the removal of demountable walls, gypsum board and CMU walls, old carpet, vinyl floor tiles, ceiling tile and grid, ductwork and terminal units, diffusers, old systems furniture, lights and receptacles. The new work will include the creation of six offices, conference room, meeting room, kitchen including cabinets, refrigerator and microwave oven, new carpet tiles and vinyl floor tile, new ceiling tiles and grid, some fire sprinkler, mechanical and electrical work. The installation of office furniture for six offices, conference room, meeting room, and break room furniture is included in this project. The installation of new systems furniture is not a part of this project. The work shall be performed by a general who has experience in building and office renovation. All work is to be accomplished in strict accordance with applicable NGA, EPA, NFPA, and OSHA requirements. The performance period for this project is 140 calendar days. The contractor shall be required to perform a certain amount of work on premium time to eliminate disruption of Government services. The approximate cost of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This project is 100 percent set-aside for small business. The NAICS code for this project is 236220, size standard $33.5M. This work is located at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency facilities at 3200 South Second Street, St. Louis, Missouri 63118.
