- Description
- Selected contractor(s) will assist HUD in the management of Single Family properties in HUD's inventory as a result of foreclosure by providing lead-based paint inspections and clearance inspections, as needed, on properties built prior to 1978 that are to be sold with FHA guaranteed mortgages. There is no construction involved in this work. The competition is restricted to qualified 8(a) firms. It is anticipated that a single contract will be awarded based on the solicitation. The contract will have separate task orders for the four areas listed which collectively contain all the states and territories where HUD owns properties. The offeror must provide licenses for all areas in the USA and territories with their proposal response and cannot limit the proposal from the national region as stated in the RFP. Further details may be determined by examining the RFP Statement of Work.
