Description

This is an amendment to Solicitation NIHOF2010JM233. The purpose of this amendment is to (1) clarify the price proposal and (2) provide an overview of proposal submission in accordance with the Cover Letter and solicitation released on June 16, 2010 and the amendment dated July 14, 2010. (1) The price proposal shall contain the Hourly Rates proposed for performance. ALL of Section B, Schedule of Commercial Services and Prices, shall be completed. (2) The Cover Letter and the solicitation released on June 16, 2010, indicate that: a. Four copies of Price and Technical Proposals are separately submitted; b. On SF Form 1449 complete Blocks 17a (with DUNS Number), 30a., b., and c.; c. In Section B, complete B.13 Key Personnel and B.18.4 Contractor Representative; d. In Section D, complete D.2 Guarantee of Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure; e. In Section E comply with E.3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items; and f. Per the amendment dated July 14, 2010, and the June 16, 2010, solicitation comply with ALL of Section E.2 52.212-2 EVALUATION-COMMERCIAL ITEM (JAN 1999). THE CLOSING DATE HAS BEEN EXTENDED FOR THE RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS TO JULY 21, 2010, AT 1:00 PM. A CONTRACT MAYBE AWARDED WITHOUT DISCUSSIONS.
