- Work for this project consists of furnishing labor, equipment and materials for the reconstruction of the North Clear Creek Falls Overlook Site - Phase II. Items of work include (but are not limited to) construction staking and quality control; construction signing and public closure barrier fencing, demolition and removal concrete curbs and gutters, an concrete access ramp, asphalt cut-out and saw-cut, removing signs and footings, clearing and grubbing, excavation (including disposal of unsuitable soil/rock) and embankment; hot mix asphalt paving with micro-slurry seal coat seal and seal coat on joints with Class 6 compacted aggregate sub-grade, pavement marking with paint stripping and access symbols, and three traffic signs with posts. Project Bid Option Items of Work include: Micro-slurry seal-coat with crack joint sealing on the existing entrance road and parking turn-around.
