- FISC Norfolk Contracting Department - Philadelphia Office intends to place a Firm Fixed Price purchase order to acquire operational management and maintenance services for CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy) Web, a web-based, multi-media, distance education course for mental health professionals seeking to learn Cognitive Processing Therapy for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. It is intended to acquire these services on a sole source basis with the Medical University of South Carolina, under the authority of FAR part 6.302-1. The services represent a continuation of the support developed by MUSC under a previous contract, and include but are not limited to maintenance, upgrades, and web hosting of the interactive courseware developed by MUSC. It is anticipated that the acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the provisions for Commercial Items in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, simplified Acquisition Test procedures. The anticipated purchase order will consist of a base period of one year, with 4 one year options.
