- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) intends to purchase the following items on a sole source basis from Insitu, Inc. 118 E Columbia River Way, Bingen, WA 98605-9011: one (1) each Insitu part number 800-816000-000 EMU Assembly, Block D-V2 (Engine, 28i Block D V2); eight (8) each Insitu part number 800-710000R01 Winglet, Left, 1.3 GHz, B type; and twelve (12) each Insitu part number 240-000054-000 Fuel, Level Sensor, Main Board Prob Assy. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Insitu is the original equipment manufacturer of these parts, and there are no authorized resellers of these parts. Delivery will be to the Naval Support Activity Panama City, Receiving Officer, Building 100, 101 Vernon Ave, Panama City Beach, FL 32407-7018. NAICS CODE: 336411
