- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit only written quotations for RFQ FA4800-10-JS-0008. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-12. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 334310 with a 750 employee size standard. This RFQ contains 11 line items. The line item description is as follows: CLIN 0001 - HD Live Mixing, Recording and Playback System to include compact 24 fader digital console, FOH rack, (2) ethernet cards, digital snake, (2) HD cards, (3) mix engine cards, (4) 12" digilink cables, HD recording software, Pro HD plug-in-pack, video mounting bracket, track ball mounting bracket, ILOK and (2) FOH link cables. CLIN 0002 - A-net output Card CLIN 0003 - Pro computer w/ dual quad 2.26 ghz processor, 6GB RAM, 640GB hardrive-Must run MAC OSX Version 10.6 Snow Leopard CLIN 0004 -(3 EA) 1 TB internal SATA hardrive for MAC compatible computer system CLIN 0005 -(2 EA) 19" LCD display CLIN 0006 - 24" Widescreen LCD monitor CLIN 0007 - Road case (R&R, Calzone or equal) for fader console worksurface (line item 0) w/ casters CLIN 0008 -(2 Ea) Road case (R&R, Calzone or equal) RCA 14 shock mounted 14 space w/ casters CLIN 0009 - Road case (R&R, Calzone or equal) to hold 19" LCD monitor (line item 5) CLIN 0010 - Road case for computer (line item 2) CLIN 0011 - 250' V45C Cable End Item Description.
