- RFQ KOEIN0RI012 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A request for quotation (RFQ), KOEIN0RI012, for various Microplex printer parts, is available as an attachment to this notice. The requirement is unrestricted. The associated NAICS code is 334119, Printers, Computer, Manufacturing, and the size standard is 1000. This requirement is for various Microplex F80 and F155 printer parts with deliveries to be made to DFAS Indianapolis and DFAS Columbus (specific quantities and part numbers are included in the attachment). The factors to be used in the evaluation of offers are price and past performance. FOB and inspection and acceptance will be at destination. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) assigned rating is DOC9. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. Dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Offers are due by 2:00 P.M. EST on July 30, 2010 to DFAS Columbus, HCMCOA/CO, Jamie Wiebusch, Building 21, Room 2B218, 3990 East Broad St. Columbus, OH 43213-1152.
