- Description
- The National Park Service has identified a requirement for the design and development of an accuracy-checked web-based wilderness permit and reservation software program for Mount Rainier, North Cascades, Olympic, and Grand Teton National Parks. The Solicitation will be available on or about August 2, 2010 at http://ideasec.nbc.gov and the proposals will be due on or about September 1, 2010. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be issued and telephone or fax requests for this solicitation will not be accepted. This Solicitation is 100% set-aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns and will result in the award of a time and materials purchase order in accordance to the Simplified Acquisition Procedures contained in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541511. All responsible service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns may submit a proposal, which if submitted in accordance to the evaluation factors for award as described in the Statement of Work, will be considered. Proposals will be accepted from offerors in original paper form only at the address shown in the Request for Quotes. Do not submit your proposal via fax, email, or through the ideasec website as they will not be considered. The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation.
