- Synopsis for Corpus Christi Ship channel, Texas in Nuesces County, Texas, Placement Area No 1 and Rincon Placement Area, Draining and Dewatering The work will involve excavation of perimeter and lateral ditches in wet and soft soils to drain water within the placement areas to allow for consolidation of material. The project will also involve clearing of drainage channels and weirs to facilitate flows inside the placement areas. Solicitation issue date will be on or about 8 August 2010. Response date is 31 August 2010 @ 2:00 PM central standard time. The estimated cost range for this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this project is 237990. The Small Business Size Standard is $33.5 million and will be advertised as a 100% set aside for Small Business procurement.
