- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The work required under this solicitation is to furnish a vertical pressure sand filter for Keystone Powerhouse, Sand Springs, Oklahoma. The acquisition is being advertised as Supply under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation is restricted to 100% set-aside small business. Contractors must be registered and current with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive a Government contract award. Prospective contractors may access http://www.fbo.gov website to download the solicitation and any amendments. It is the contractor's responsibility to check for posted changes to this solicitation.
