The majority of participants will arrive on Monday afternoon. There will be a 5-7 person group that will be managing the conference who will need to arrive on Sunday to begin preparations for the commencement of the conference. The meeting will begin at 8:00 AM October 26, 2010 and end at 4:30 PM on October 28, 2010. CLIN 0006 is revised to read as follows: CLIN 0006 (Opening Night/Closing Night Receptions) - An opening night reception (Monday October 25) and a closing night ceremony (Thursday October 28) may be held on the property for all Conference attendees.
