- The Performance Work Statement (PWS) included in the combined synopsis/solicitation delineates a requirement for an Electronic Voting Support Wizard (EVSW) as a means of implementing the Uniformed and Overseas Civilians Voting Act (UOCAVA) of 1986 at state level.
