- Description
- The St. Cloud VA Medical Center anticipates awarding a sole source procurement to Johnson Controls Inc, for the procurement of a project to provide temperature monitoring and alarms for all refrigerators and freezers on the St. Cloud VAMC campus. Vendor will provide all engineering and technical services to complete and install a system to monitor for temperature and alarm for temperature excursions from preset limits on refrigerators & freezers through the currently installed Metasys System. A software upgrade to System 5.0 will be required throughout the facility. NAICS Code #811310 applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No solicitation will be issued, however all responses received on/before 4:00PM CT on July 30, 2010 will be reviewed by the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.
