- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number W9127Q-10-T-0033 is issued as a Request for Quotes. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-44. This solicitation is 100% small business set aside and is restricted to small businesses only in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(b). NAICS is 721110. Small Business Standard is 7.0. CLIN 0001: ANNUAL TRAINING LODGING, QTY 145 EA, Proposed item specifications must be provided with proposal. Place of delivery is: 1ST BN 185th AVN, Gulfport, MS. Accommodations are for 14-28 Aug 10 (14 nights), 1 person per room. Double or king is acceptable Prices quoted must include all applicable fees. See attached solicitation. The following FAR provisions apply: FAR 52-212-1, Instructions to Offerors (Oct 2001); FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Items. Evaluation criteria will be based on best value; Price, Technical, and Past Performance. Technical and Past Performance, when combined, are approximately equal to Price.
